Let’s face it. You can be the most creative, most talented Scrapbooking Queen on the planet, but if your pictures are lacking quality, your beautiful pages will be lacking as well.
One of the most important rules in photography is this: less is more. Less…as in less visual noise, less trees and telephone poles growing out of heads, less distracting objects that have no business intruding in your book of memories. More..as in more attention on your subject, more professional looking photos, and more to work with in your scrapbooks.
A good portrait is as much about what isn’t in the image as it is about what is shown.
