This is an altered Hybrid advent calendar. This calendar uses digital supplies (papers, printed digital embellishments) and traditional supplies: ribbon, rub ons, poinsettia flowers, brads. This project is unique because it can be used as a traditional advent calendar to use with the family during the Holidays but it is very special and personal because it showcases our most cherished memories (printed photos) of Christmas’ already past.

Good morning,
If you can could you tell me where you cab purchase the small boxes you use to make your advent calendars.
Thank you
Bob Peters
Hi Bob,
These boxes were purchased from Making Memories. I couldn’t find it currently available on their website at makingmemories.com. However, you could contact them to see if it is still available or where they might suggest you get it.
I also found this set of 25 boxes here at Karen Foster Design: http://karenfosterdesign.com/scrapbooking-kfd/specialty-items-kfd/3d-peek-a-box.html
If you can’t find any, here is a tutorial I found for a substitute. http://stampingstarlette.blogspot.com/2008/11/box-advent-calendar-tutorial.html
Thanks for asking!
